1. To apply recommendations from two members of the group, one of them must to be from Macedonia, after having two QSOs each lasting 30 minutes and speed from 150 letters per minute on Paris base.

2. To apply writen application for the membership with the two recommendations, 3 IRCs and a statement that they haven't using key board, decoder or computer during the testing QSOs.

3. Members of VHSC, SHSC and EHSC are necessary to have recommendation of only one memeber of the group, who has to be from Macedonia.
